SAM BLYTHE, PERSONAL TRAINER AND FOUNDER …
Having always been very active as a child, I started working in the fitness industry in 1995 after leaving school. Shortly afterwards I was lucky enough to become a professional rugby player and have remained so ever since. I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to play professional sport and am proud of what I have achieved.
It has been fortunate for me that sport and fitness go almost hand in hand and my passion for all aspects of health and fitness has remained throughout my career. I am now entering into a new phase of my career and want to pass on my knowledge and experience to help and motivate others.
As a father of five I can also fully appreciate how busy and challenging life can be, but can equally appreciate the positive impact both nutrition and exercise can have on overall quality of lifestyle.
My strengths are in motivation and getting the best from an individual, be it a leading sportsperson or a someone who simply exercises as a hobby or to relax.
I understand people, am reliable and am completely dedicated to my clients from start to finish.
