Saturday Session
We offer a very popular group circuit / strong man style outdoor session on a Saturday. All abilities welcome.

Intensive Wednesdays
A high energy, intensive 60-minute class designed to challenge mind and body. Wednesdays, 7am. All abilities welcome.

Group Bookings
Personal training rates are available for groups of 2 – 3 people – train with a partner and split the cost.

Fitness and Consultancy
Each Personal Trainer at Fitness Matters has a long standing history in sports, making us specialists in team training. We will come to you and create a fitness and consultancy package to ensure the whole team is on top of their game.

Collectively the team of PT’s at Fitness Matters have played for many sports clubs and have a vast amount of experience in playing professional rugby.
