I have been a Personal Trainer since graduating from University in 2007. I always wanted to follow a career in sport and health because it’s always been a massive part of my life! I chose Personal Training because it allows me to make a positive impact on many people’s lives in various ways – and I love this. The favourite part of my job is knowing that I’ve helped others achieve something important to them. It has enabled me the opportunities to meet many different people and coach them in places around the world including London, USA and now Exeter, where I grew up.


I love leading a healthy active lifestyle through fun and effective exercise, and high quality nutrition. It is my mission to help my community enjoy and benefit from the same experience. I really enjoy my role as a Personal Trainer – taking you through a body change journey and making the change enjoyable for you and as easy as possible. I pride myself on the excellent personal service and the unlimited support we offer at Fitness Matters, and I believe this is what gets great results. Your goal is my goal so I’m always here to help.
