Personal Motto: Set your goals high and do not stop until you get there!
I am a very passionate and motivated individual, with seven years experience in the fitness industry. My love of sports and fitness began at an early age. I played netball for the county and danced professionally in stage shows. I could never stop moving!
However, I started out my career as a Dance and Exercise to Music Instructor, whilst studying my Geography at university. Not wanting to spend my life at a desk, I quickly progressed into Personal Training and Nutrition and never looked back. I love what I do, and believe health and fitness is a way of life. I love making a real difference to the way people look and feel, and educating them about how they can change their lives for the better.
I love to be challenged! Over the past 2 years I have:
- Competed with the UKBFF in their bikini division, placing 2nd in regional qualifiers;
- Competed in Miss Galaxy Universe placing 4th in the Bikini category;
- Cycled 100 miles for Prudential Ride London;
- Completed Mens Health Survival of the Fittest;
- Been one of only 20 females to train with the Royal Marines on Base.
I have also been a presenter at Body Power and the Vitality show, all of this after being run over by a bus and having an autoimmune condition. Life is too short to waste!
What I can do for you:
I believe you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it. I can show you how to look and feel better, inside and out. I have worked with athletes, celebrities, city workers, pre natal, post natal and injury rehabilitation. I am also a specialist in nutrition and sports nutrition, which is a great passion of mine. However, I will make training enjoyable, challenging and educate you on the best way to achieve your goals. I love sharing my passion and energy, and giving you the tools to lead a fitter, happier, and healthier life. I have also begun studying for my yoga diploma and trust me – if you can stand on your head, you really can do anything!
